Everyday I beat my own previous record for number of consecutive days I’ve stayed alive.

It is hot..I mean stinkin hot, it is so hot I can’t even tell you how hot it is. Why do I live in the South? I hate summer. Why…it is so hot. Humid, stinkin humid. I plant flowers and spend half the summer watering the little suckers cuz it is so stinkin hot. When I go to the nursery the plants try to look as sick as possible because they don’t want me to put them in the wagon and take them home…Why? It means certain death!!! Because its so hot I will loose interest in the little guys and refuse to go out in the stinkin hot weather to water them… and they…die…All because it is stinkin hot. The biggest problem is that it is only June 18th. it will be stinkin hot until we have to go get the dang THANKSGIVING turkey. AHH fall I can’t wait!

On a lighter note. This months book which has been chosen by Mary Carol for our book club to read “Olive Kitteridge” I’m looking forward to reading it after I finish my current book “A Single Thread” which I am enjoying a lot!!! It is set in New England which I’m sure is not stinkin hot right now…ooops there I go again.

I’m going to go sew something…that reminds me. I’m a quilter. Living in the stinkin hot south. What is wrong with that picture?? Maybe I need to seek some professional advice about this. Should I worry about myself?
